I make systems
find their path.

I’m Hakim, a full-stack developer at Infrabel, Belgium’s railway infrastructure manager. Today I work mainly on the Angular front-end and ASP.NET Core API of an internal access-management tool. Alongside work, I’m completing a CS Master’s at UMONS Charleroi, where my internship also brought me into Java / Spring Boot and graph-routing work.

Access tooling in practice

I contribute to the Angular front-end and ASP.NET Core API of an internal access-management tool at Infrabel. The work touches delegated access flows, Active Directory through LDAP, and cloud-access changes routed through dedicated runners.

Graphs & pathfinding

My M1 internship focused on cleaning up a railway routing engine around A*, with a reverse-Dijkstra heuristic and measurable behaviour. The next step is to explore whether historical route data can help rank candidate routes more intelligently.

Learning toward architecture

My CS Master’s at UMONS Charleroi is part of a longer path toward technical architecture. I’m not there yet; the current focus is writing clearer code, understanding boundaries, and making systems easier to reason about.
